Do you know about GMO’s? Do you know about glyphosate? You need to. And you need to understand what these things have to do with the gospel too! Listen to find out why:
As part of our camp meeting earlier this summer, our little brother Titus gave a presentation on knife sharpening. He did a good job!!

We will be having our first camp meeting here at Closure for Jesus farm on June 2-7, 2017. Jim and Becky Buller will be presenting classes in wilderness survival. Please see the previous post, which is a sermon by our friend, Ron Meinhardt, to learn WHY you need to come to this camp meeting.
We have only been living on the farm for about 2 months now, and are still in the beginning stages of development. Therefore, we do not have much to offer in the way of facilities. We will rent outhouses, and are in the process of collecting rain water for bathing. We will have designated cooking areas, which will all be primitive. No food will be provided, and we suggest a water filtration device or bringing what water you would need. Contact us for more information and to register.
Continuing on our series for homesteading/country living, this one covers tree identification. Trees are valuable for firewood, medicinals, and even a food source! We pray this video will be a blessing:
Why are we here at Closure for Jesus sharing videos like this? It’s because we believe there is a time ahead when the problem of buying and selling our food will be very real. The more we learn to do independent of commerce, the better situated we will be. We also believe that the labors and experience of gardening and simple living are very conducive to spiritual growth.
We went to a cooking school recently so that Kalon could demonstrate how to do a Russian Steam Bath. Kalon learned to make bread (that video is on our youtube channel), and I’m glad for that! 🙂 Here is his presentation on the very useful Russian Steam Bath:
